AccorHotels Arena
AccorHotels Arena in Paris – a venue with capacity for over 20.000 seats, featuring over 130 events per year and with 30 million spectators over the course of 30 years, has become Colosseo’s most comprehensive installation. The venue which is famous for organizing huge concerts, major sporting events, summits, conferences etc., has undergone massive exterior, interior and technological changes that took 18 months and is now an ultra-modern next generation venue.Colosseo supplied a complete fusion digital signage/IPTV system with LED screens inside and outside of the venue and Single Media Platform with full redundancy.
The fusion digital signage/IPTV consists of 417 professional displays throughout the whole venue with each capable of displaying different content.
Controlling the system is a large-scale Single Media Platform with 16 HD live inputs and 47 independently controlled SDI, LED and IPTV outputs, supported with full redundancy. The arena has two control rooms and both of them are equipped with Colosseo touch screen operator consoles – DirectorHD, ShowDesigner, ShowManager, 3D Visualizer and Replay Workstation with Replay Console for fast replay creation.
The installed LED inventory includes the unique Colosseo designed ultra-slim LED Ribbon with pixel pitch 10 mm and over 180 meters long in total in the main arena, three outdoor LED screens with 5 mm pixel pitch which are 11 meters wide were installed outside the arena and various indoor LED screens with pixel pitch 5 mm inside.
Colosseo also delivers core AV infrastructure. The main audio and video infrastructure is now running on the Grass Valley NVISION router and Yamaha Audio Console for Dante streams distribution. Post production workstations are based on Adobe Suite and 3D Studio Max, utilizing comprehensive 100TB multimedia storage.
